Please note you have a 30 days money back guarantee to return your fan if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories. Otherwise, no return will be possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We offer a 90 days warranty only to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Your refund will also deduct a restock fee of $6.99 from the price of purchase.
